These sites span the length of Sonoma County, from Carneros to Sonoma Mountain to Dry Creek Valley, contributing to the wine's complexity and depth. The inclusion of Falanghina adds a gorgeous texture to the blend. Fermentation and aging were conducted in a combination of concrete eggs, stainless steel drums, and neutral barrels, allowing for a nuanced expression of the varietals.
