ABOUT THE WINE
Sourced from a combination of Cristom’s estate vineyards and select sites throughout Oregon’s Willamette Valley, this Pinot Noir captures the freshness, nuance, and terroir-driven character that have made the region internationally renowned. The cool growing conditions of the 2024 vintage allowed for gradual ripening, preserving aromatic lift and natural acidity while developing depth and concentration.
Fermented with native yeasts and partial whole clusters, the wine gains additional complexity, texture, and aromatic detail. Aging in French oak barrels enhances structure and subtle spice while maintaining purity of fruit and vineyard expression.
The resulting wine offers layered flavors of red cherry, cranberry, plum, and pomegranate alongside notes of dried herbs, earth, and soft baking spice. Fine-grained tannins and lively acidity provide both immediacy and aging potential, making the wine equally appealing now or with additional cellaring.
A versatile companion at the table, this Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, pork loin, duck, and earthy vegetarian dishes.
