Domaine Chantepierre is a historic family estate based in Tavel in the Southern Rhône, with roots dating back more than three centuries. Farmed by the Paly family since at least the late 17th century, the domaine is now managed by siblings Anne-Luce Coulomb-Paly and Christian Paly. The estate encompasses roughly 65 hectares, producing wines from Tavel, Lirac, and Côtes du Rhône. The domaine’s vineyards span a diverse range of terroirs, including sandy hillsides, limestone-rich garrigue, clay plateaus, and terraces covered with rounded river stones.
Domaine Chantepierre also maintains a close relationship with Les Vignerons de Tavel & Lirac, the region’s historic cooperative cellar. The estate combines generations of family winegrowing with modern cellar techniques and an increasing focus on biodiversity and responsible vineyard management, producing wines that highlight the generous fruit, savory character, and distinctive terroir of the Southern Rhône.
