ABOUT THIS WINE
"Parcela Seoane" is a single-vineyard expression from Ribeira Sacra’s steep, slate-rich hillsides, where old vines are cultivated on dramatic terraces overlooking the Sil River. Composed primarily of Mencía with small amounts of native co-planted varieties, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak vessels to preserve vineyard character. The slate (lousas) soils impart distinctive mineral tension and aromatic complexity, while the cool Atlantic climate contributes freshness and elegance. The 2024 vintage beautifully captures the transparency, energy, and site-specific character for which Envínate’s single-parcel wines are celebrated.
