"Parcela Rosende" is a single-vineyard bottling sourced from steep terraces in Ribeira Sacra, where old vines grow on the region’s distinctive slate (lousas) soils. Composed primarily of Mencía along with small amounts of native co-planted varieties, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak vessels to preserve the vineyard’s identity. The cool Atlantic influence and slate-rich soils contribute exceptional aromatic lift, mineral tension, and finesse.
