Made from a blend of 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella, this wine is sourced from organically farmed vineyards near Lake Garda. A short maceration of 6–8 hours gives the wine its elegant hue and floral-driven aromatics. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel ensures clarity and precision, while aging on the lees adds depth and a silky texture.
The 2024 vintage is particularly fresh and aromatic, offering a harmonious balance of fruit and minerality. This Chiaretto is ideal for pairing with grilled seafood, caprese salad, light pasta dishes, or charcuterie—its versatility makes it a standout for summer enjoyment.
