ABOUT THE WINE

The 2024 Dry Riesling comes from Lemelson’s Meyer Vineyard in the Dundee Hills AVA. Whole clusters were pressed; 75% of the juice fermented in stainless steel and 25% in neutral French oak, then the wine rested on its fermentation lees for six months with occasional bâtonnage. Pineapple, pear and Amalfi lemon are framed by orange blossom, honeysuckle and river-rock aromas. The palate is juicy and mineral-forward, with lively natural acidity and a dry finish. Residual sugar is 4.2 g/L.

Grape: Riesling   Alcohol: 12.5% ABV
