ABOUT THIS WINE

Cirò Bianco is traditionally based on Greco Bianco, Calabria's historic white grape, and Librandi's version highlights the variety's combination of citrus freshness, floral aromatics, and subtle Mediterranean character. The vineyards around Cirò Marina benefit from abundant sunshine, cooling coastal breezes, and predominantly calcareous and clay soils, giving the wine both ripe fruit and refreshing mineral tension.

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed before fermentation at controlled temperatures, preserving the variety's delicate aromatics and natural acidity. Stainless-steel vinification and maturation keep the wine bright and transparent, with no need for oak to enhance its naturally expressive character.

Librandi is one of Calabria's most respected family wineries, founded in 1950 in Cirò Marina. The family has played a central role in bringing the region's indigenous varieties to wider international attention while maintaining a strong connection to Calabria's traditional wine culture.
