ABOUT THIS WINE

100% Arneis from three vineyards located in the municipalities of Pocapaglia and Santa Vittoria d'Alba. Vineyards lie at an altitude of 250-340 m.a.s.l.m. Vines are trained in the Espalier technique, with Guyot pruning.

The grapes are selected and hand-picked in 20 kg crates. Fermentation takes place in saparated tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C to preserve all the varietal aromas. Subsequently, the different masses are blended to obtain a single wine, which matures sur lie for several months before being bottled.

ABOUT THIS PRODUCER

The Tibaldi sisters, Monica and Daniela, were born and raised breathing love for the winegrowing in the Roero, a colourful land, rich in biodiversity. They inherited their passion for vines and grapes from their father, Stefano, and their grandfather, Tunun, They decided to start winemaking, and bet on Pocapaglia.

The sisters manage the entire winemaking process: from the vineyard, where their father help is still fundamental, to the cellar, without neglecting marketing. The sisters believe in commitment and tenacity, two essential ingredients to achieve the desired quality. Together, they have fun! It is not just an occupation for them, but a life choice that immerses them in their passions "eight days a week."
