ABOUT THIS WINE
The 2025 ORA Collective "Biddizza" is a low-intervention Sicilian orange wine made from 90% Catarratto and 10% Zibibbo. Grown in the sun-baked vineyards of western Sicily (specifically Trapani) in organically farmed vineyards. Grapes are hand harvested, before undergoing native yeast fermentation. They are fermented on their skins, before being bottled unfiltered with no added sulfites or sugars.
ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
From the winemaker: "Change starts from the ground up. And for ORA Collective (organic & regenerative agriculture), that means rethinking the way we farm, the way we make wine, the way we care for the land, all across Italy."
The ORA Collective is a grassroots network of farms and winemakers that through regenerative organic farming crafts natural wine that speaks of the land it comes from pure, real, and rooted in nature. This is not a single physical winery, but a network of farmers and winemakers across Italy. They partner with vineyards in regions like Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo, Veneto, and Chianti. More than wine, the collective holds a commitment to healthier soils, thriving ecosystems, and a planet that can breathe. O.R.A. Collective wines are real, honest, and made to be shared. Crafted through regenerative organic farming, they’re full of life, fresh, easy to drink, and free from unnecessary additives. With low sulphites and low sugar, they let the land do the talking. Working as a collective keeps their wines affordable, which proves that good, natural wine doesn’t have to be exclusive. This is a way to give back to the earth, grow, and work to make a positive impact one bottle at a time. ORA wines are vegan, organic, biodynamic, and use minimal sulfites.
