Named as a stylized nod to Louis and Lisette, two winemakers within the cooperative, the wine is crafted from vines grown across a mosaic of soils extending from the hills of Tarare to Oingt in the southwestern Beaujolais area.

Located about 40 kilometers north of Lyon and covering the entire southwestern part of Beaujolais, Vignerons des Pierres Dorées extends from the hills of Tarare to those of Oingt, thus offering a unique diversity of terroirs in Beaujolais.
The group has brought together Beaujolais winegrowers in a wine cooperative in the heart of the Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées. They are committed to showcasing the geological richness of Beaujolais. Blending modernity and tradition, they evolve between a living vision of our profession and a know-how passed down from generation to generation. Thus, their Beaujolais wine producers create their AOC Beaujolais bottles to keep the passion for wine and terroir alive, guided by high standards and sharing.
