ABOUT THIS WINE

Each vineyard is picked separately. The fruit is crushed de-stemmedthen undergoes cold soaking for 3 days. Fermentation at 85ºF. Extensive skin maceration (From 10 to 20 days). Aged and blended in French oak for 9 months.
