2021 Bloodroot Pinot Noir, Sonoma County, California, USA

Candied morello cherry, dried rose and crushed strawberries are the heart of this wine, with touches of earth and flowers adding complexity.



The fruit used is a blend of vineyards across Sonoma County. The soil composition is primarily Goldridge sandy loam and clay. After harvest, the wine is fermented with approximately 15% whole cluster in two-ton fermenters. Pressed in Coquard basket press. Aged 18 months in French oak.
