Aromas of dark plum and violets leading to flavors of cherry, black coffee and anise. This is full-bodied with big tannins that make your mouth water at every sip. The finish this has lingering flavors of bitter chocolate, mocha and cassis.

Harvest took place from September 28 – October 25 2019. After crush, skin maceration and fermentation the wine was aged for 17 months in new French oak.
