"Abélard" is a blend of 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah, sourced from vines aged between 40 to 70 years. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 18 months, with 50% new oak. This meticulous process results in a wine that balances power and elegance, showcasing the unique terroir of the southern Rhône.
