“Colombis” is sourced from old-vine parcels in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where the region’s iconic galets roulés (large rounded stones) retain heat and promote optimal ripening. The 2016 vintage is widely regarded as one of the Rhône Valley’s benchmark years—combining concentration, freshness, and structural harmony.

Predominantly Grenache, with possible small proportions of traditional Rhône varieties depending on the vintage, the wine reflects low yields and meticulous vineyard care. Fermentation is typically carried out with native yeasts, followed by aging in a mix of neutral vessels and oak to preserve fruit purity while building complexity.
