Crafted entirely from Melon de Bourgogne, the traditional grape of the appellation, this wine comes from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Muscadet Sèvre et Maine within the broader Loire Valley. The estate’s soils—rich in granite, gneiss, and orthogneiss—impart a distinct mineral backbone and subtle salinity reflective of the Atlantic influence.

The 2023 vintage emphasizes brightness and clarity. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, typically in underground glass-lined concrete tanks, preserving aromatic purity.
