ABOUT THIS WINE

This Pouilly-Fuissé is crafted from vines aged between 10 to 35 years, situated in the Fuissé amphitheater with predominantly limestone and some clay soils. Each parcel is vinified separately to capture the unique expression of the terroir. Fermentation occurs in a combination of enameled tanks and 2-4 year old oak barrels, followed by 10 months of aging on the lees in French oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and depth.
