“Les Narvaux” sits high on the slope above Meursault’s Premier Crus, just above Genevrières and Perrières, making it one of the village’s most esteemed lieux-dits. The elevation, poor limestone soils, and excellent drainage yield wines of serious tension and ageability. The 2023 vintage plays beautifully into the site’s strengths, offering a wine of electric acidity, precision, and finesse.
Roulot farms the parcel organically, and grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels (15–20% new), followed by 12–15 months of aging without bâtonnage to preserve linearity and freshness. “Narvaux” consistently delivers Premier Cru-level quality and structure, making it ideal for cellaring or pairing with dishes like poached turbot, langoustine, or chicken with morels.
