ABOUT THE WINE

The 2024 Lirac Blanc is a carefully assembled blend, typically including Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne, and Viognier—all sourced from organically farmed vineyards rooted in sand, clay, and galets roulés soils. This terroir contributes both aromatic lift and depth of structure. The wine opens with expressive notes of ripe orchard fruit, citrus blossom, and wild herbs, followed by subtle almond and fennel tones.

Vinification is carried out with a light touch: hand-harvested fruit is pressed gently, with fermentation in stainless steel and partial aging on fine lees to enhance texture and preserve vibrancy. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to retain freshness. The result is a wine that is both generous and finely tuned.
