Crafted using the ancestral method (méthode ancestrale), fermentation begins in tank and finishes in bottle without dosage, trapping natural carbon dioxide to create gentle, cloudy bubbles. The 2023 vintage highlights bright red currant, cranberry, and subtle herbal nuances, underscored by crisp minerality and a bone-dry profile.
Minimal intervention in the cellar ensures transparency of fruit and terroir. No filtration and limited sulfur allow the wine’s vibrant personality to shine through.
