ABOUT THIS WINE
“Constance” is sourced from vineyards in Chitry, a small appellation in northern Burgundy located near the town of Chablis. Although better known for Chardonnay, Chitry’s limestone-rich soils are also capable of producing beautifully fresh and mineral-driven Pinot Noir. Olivier Morin farms his vineyards with an emphasis on sustainable practices and allows the fruit to express the distinctive character of the site through restrained cellar work. The 2020 vintage brings generous dark fruit and concentration while retaining the freshness and mineral tension that define this cool-climate corner of Burgundy.
