L' Atelier Du Vin Gard'vin ON/OFF Power

Preserving an unfinished bottle becomes remarkably simple with the Gard’Vin On/Off Power. After inserting one of the dedicated valve stoppers and placing the charged pump over it, the vacuum process begins automatically. A white LED indicates the different stages of extraction, while an audible signal announces completion; the motor then switches itself off. Depending on the amount of wine remaining, the process generally takes between 5 and 20 seconds.

The pump is finished in matte-black ABS, which gives it a clean, modern appearance while helping protect the internal mechanism from impacts and splashes. Its upper metallic disc is embossed with the L’Atelier du Vin hallmark, adding a refined detail to the otherwise understated design.

Each set includes three technical valve stoppers with date indicators, allowing several opened bottles to be preserved simultaneously while keeping track of when each was placed under vacuum. A charging cable is also included. The airtight stoppers are specifically designed to work with the electric Gard’Vin On/Off Power system.
