2021 Dalton 'Canaan' Red, Galilee, Israel
Dalton's Canaan Red is a blend of several varieties including Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot and Petite Sirah. A medium-bodied red wine bursting with flavors of forest fruit, berries and hints of vanilla and cloves, this is a wine that is easy to drink.
ABOUT THIS WINE
Red Canaan is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and Petit Sirah. The exact blend may vary in proportion from year to year. The close-proximity of the vineyards to the winery allowed for immediate crushing and fermenting. The color of the wine is extracted by a rigorous regime of pumping over and warm fermentation.
KOSHER CERTIFIED
All Dalton wines are strictly Kosher Le Mehadrin and Kosher for Passover. They are under the supervision of the Merom Galil Rabbinate, Rabbi Yoseph Mishalil; Beit Din Yoreh Deya, Rabbi Shlomo Machpud; Rabbi Mordechai Ungar of Monsey New York and the Orthodox Union (OU).
