Deep Dive Series: Gaston Chiquet & JL Vergnon - October 21st - Westside

Gaston Chiquet and J.L. Vergnon showcase two distinctive sides of Grower Champagne: Gaston Chiquet brings expressive, elegant wines from the Vallée de la Marne, while J.L. Vergnon focuses on pure, mineral-driven Chardonnay from the Grand Cru Côte des Blancs.

Join us in welcoming Nicolas Chiquet & Clément Vergnon, who will lead us through their family's respective Champagnes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• A guided, seated tasting lasting approximately 90 minutes
• Seven Champagnes served in 3 oz pours
• Insight into the grapes, regions, producers, vineyards, and winemaking traditions featured
• A selection of artisanal cheese and charcuterie
• An intimate experience limited to 16 guests, with time for questions and conversation

The tasting will begin promptly at 6:00 pm at our Westside location.
