ABOUT THE WINE
This cuvée comes from older Chardonnay vines rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone soils, which naturally yield lower quantities of more concentrated fruit. The 2023 vintage highlights both ripeness and precision, giving the wine a broader mid-palate while preserving Chablis’ hallmark tension and clarity.

Aromatically, it shows a deeper profile than the standard Chablis bottling, with ripe citrus, orchard fruit, and faint floral notes complemented by a distinct stony character. Domaine Moreau-Naudet continues its minimal-intervention philosophy here, farming sustainably and relying on native yeast fermentations.
