Get ready to ring in the New Year with a festive tasting of sparkling wines crafted in the méthode champenoise, the traditional method behind Champagne’s signature bubbles. We’ll explore a selection that highlights the elegance, complexity, and range of this time-honored approach—from bright and crisp to rich and toasty.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• A guided, seated tasting lasting approximately 90 minutes
• Six sparkling wines served in 3 oz pours
• Insight into the grapes, regions, producers, vineyards, and winemaking traditions featured
• A selection of artisanal cheese and charcuterie
• An intimate setting with time for questions and conversation

The tasting will begin promptly at 6:00 pm at our Sandy Springs location.
