Designed for collectors, sommeliers, wine professionals, and enthusiasts who prefer to enjoy a bottle over several occasions, the Gard’Vin ON/OFF Power – Signature makes preservation virtually effortless. Once positioned over its dedicated stopper, the pump activates automatically, extracting air from the bottle. An LED indicates the stages of the vacuum process, and the motor switches off automatically when the required vacuum has been achieved.
The Signature edition distinguishes itself through its elevated materials and presentation. Its silhouette takes inspiration from old wooden wine presses and is executed in grape-red cast aluminum, complemented by a substantial chrome-plated metal top disc embossed with the L’Atelier du Vin hallmark. The set includes three technical valve stoppers with vacuum-date indicators, allowing you to record when each bottle was preserved, along with a hand-sewn black cotton pouch, woven charging cable, and natural leather fastening cord.
By reducing the wine’s exposure to oxygen after opening, the system helps extend its drinking window while retaining aromatic character and freshness. It is intended for still wine rather than sparkling wine, making it particularly useful when serving special bottles by the glass or enjoying several wines simultaneously over multiple days.
