ABOUT THIS WINE
This wine comes from vines that are an average of 40 years old and are farmed organically. Traditional fermentation takes place in stainless steel with skin contact taking place for 19 days for the extraction of both color and tannin. The wine is then aged for 1 year in French oak (35% new).

From a domaine created at the beginning of the 20th century, with 10.5ha in Rully, predominately planted in Chardonnay. Excellent limestone terroir, with sufficient marl and clay to give depth to the wines.
