NV Anne Amie Vin Doux Naturel, Yamhill-Carlton, Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA - 375mL

Here's a fortified wine that has experienced conditions similar to those that create fine Madeira to evoke notes of caramel and butterscotch, almond, candied orange peel and quince. It pairs well with orange scented olive oil and almond cake, butterscotch pudding, dates, bleu cheese, and pineapple upside down cake.

ABOUT THIS PRODUCER

From the Producer: "We believe that all great wines start in the vineyards. We are fortunate to have some of Oregon’s best sites. In addition, our estate vineyards are synthetic herbicide free, glyphosate free, and we are trialing usage of an organic herbicide made from clove oil. We also dry farm our vines, yields are reduced in order to grow fruit with maximum depth and complexity.

Our vineyards are located in the rolling hills of the Yamhill-Carlton District and on the steep hillsides of the Chehalem Mountains, both nestled in Oregon’s verdant Willamette Valley. Our LIVE certified winery is located on our Yamhill-Carlton property, a few miles from both Lafayette and Carlton, Oregon."
