ABOUT THIS WINE

100% Falanghina. Vines in clay and calcareous marl soils within the Taburno DOC Appellation. Manually harvested slightly early. Free-run juice fermented at low temperature. Sparkle given by the "Charmat" tank method similar to Prosecco.
