Litrovin is Hedges Family Estate’s answer to the question of how to make serious Washington wine feel completely unfussy. Sourced from Red Mountain, one of Washington’s smallest and most distinctive AVAs, the wine benefits from the region’s intense sunlight, low rainfall, and long growing season, which produce naturally concentrated fruit while preserving freshness. The style is intentionally approachable: ripe black fruits, red plum, herbs, and spice are balanced by lively acidity and a soft, juicy texture rather than heavy oak or extraction.

Hedges Family Estate is one of the pioneering family-owned estates of Red Mountain. Founded by Tom and Anne-Marie Hedges in the early 1980s, the family has played a major role in establishing Red Mountain as one of Washington’s premier sources for Cabernet Sauvignon and other Rhône and Bordeaux varieties.

The Hedges philosophy has long emphasized place, sustainable farming, and minimal manipulation, with a strong connection to the unique terroir of Red Mountain.
