NV Henri Dosnon Brut Rosé, Champagne, France
Delicate yet vinous, the NV Henri Dosnon Brut Rosé is a finely etched grower Champagne that marries elegance with depth. Aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, rose petal, and crushed stone lead into a refined palate with silky mousse, bright acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. Subtle and gastronomic in style, it balances freshness with quiet intensity.

ABOUT THIS WINE
Sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Côte des Bar, this rosé is crafted primarily from Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, with a touch of Chardonnay for lift and finesse. A small percentage of still red Pinot Noir is blended in to achieve its delicate color and layered fruit profile.
Fermented with native yeasts and aged extensively on the lees, the wine is bottled with a restrained dosage in Brut style, emphasizing structure and terroir over overt sweetness. Expect flavors of red berries, citrus peel, chalk, and subtle brioche, with a precise and savory edge.
ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
Henri Dosnon is a small, artisanal Champagne house founded by Davy Dosnon in the early 2000s. Based in Avirey-Lingey in the Côte des Bar, the estate focuses on low-intervention winemaking, organic farming practices, and the expressive power of Pinot Noir grown on limestone soils. Known for producing structured, terroir-driven Champagnes with minimal dosage and extended lees aging, Dosnon has quickly become a favorite among sommeliers and Champagne purists alike.
