NV Jean-Baptiste Adam Crèmant d’Alsace Rosé "Reserve", Alsace, France
Elegant, expressive, and finely textured, this Crémant Rosé delivers a beautiful balance of delicate red fruit and crisp minerality. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it offers aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal, and blood orange, followed by a vibrant palate with notes of red currant, pink grapefruit, and chalk. The mousse is creamy yet refreshing, leading to a dry, focused finish with a whisper of spice and saline lift.
ABOUT THIS WINE
The “Réserve” Rosé is a méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, hand-harvested from organically farmed vineyards in the heart of Alsace. Grown on marl and granite soils around Ammerschwihr, the fruit is pressed gently to extract just enough color and delicacy from the skins. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, and the wine spends a minimum of 18 months on lees in bottle before disgorgement, enhancing its finesse and mouthfeel.
This Crémant showcases the purity and tension of cool-climate Pinot Noir in sparkling form—offering lifted aromatics, taut acidity, and subtle complexity from extended lees aging. Brut in style, it's an ideal aperitif but also shines with smoked salmon, charcuterie, sushi, or a beet and goat cheese salad.
