ABOUT THIS WINE
Produced in the historical Seyssel appellation of Savoie, France, "Petit Royal" is made primarily from Molette and Altesse grapes. Hand-harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, this sparkling wine undergoes a traditional method secondary fermentation in the bottle. After aging on the lees for a minimum of 18 months, it is disgorged to achieve its refined character and persistent bubbles. The result is a beautifully crafted wine with elegance and depth.
