ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
Domaine Ponson farms 11 ha of vines spread over five villages in the Little Mountain of Reims, including Sacy and Villedommange. Maxime and Camille Ponson, young fifth-generation winemakers, are at the helm of this family-run operation. Currently in the process of converting to organic farming, the estate produces around 100,000 bottles. The wines are aged on lees for a minimum of three years, and plot-based cuvées in blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs are offered.
