ABOUT THIS WINE

Grapes for this wine are picked before reaching full maturity. They are completely destemmed, then slightly crushed and promptly pressed, giving rise to a fruity, fresh and well balanced must, with good acidity level. Fermentation is carried out under controlled temperatures of 16ºC for about 20 days, followed by inoculation of selected yeasts. Finally, the wine is bottled after aging 5 months in steel vats. There is a lovely fresh aroma on the nose with the appealing and fragrant aroma of Muscat grape. On the palate it remains fresh and light, with notes of tropical fruits.
