Vintage Champagne Bucket #1 - Monopole Heidsieck
This beautiful vintage French champagne bucket is a functional item, as well as a piece of history and craftsmanship. It can be used to chill a singular champagne bottle. This piece was made for Champagne Monopole Heidsieck by the famous tableware artist, Argit Paris, in the Art Deco style during the 1930s/1940s. Made of polished aluminum and pewter, finished in chrome. The piece features a raised front plaque portraying the Maison name, when it was founded, and the region. The handles are iconically art deco, portraying expertly formed grape vine clusters. The piece is a modèle déposé (a registered model), as is shown on the base.
The piece is vintage, so aging is expected. Subtle scratches and wear, but, overall, this piece is in excellent condition. A one of a kind find!
