Vintage Champagne Bucket #15 - E. Cauche

This beautiful vintage French champagne bucket is a functional item, as well as a piece of history and craftsmanship. This champagne bucket was originally made for Champagne E. Cauche by artist Argit Paris in the art déco style, circa the 1930’s. The body features a large plaque with raised lettering portraying the name of the Champagne producer, and where they are based o one side. The body has nice weight to it, so it could possibly be made of brass, covered in silver plating. 

This one of a kind piece is vintage, so aging is to be expected, due to the passage of time and overall use. There are some subtle scratches and minor tarnishing, but no dents. Overall, this piece is in good condition. It is a registered model by Argit of Paris and is stamped on the underside of the cooler. A beautiful and rare piece!
