Vintage Champagne Bucket #4 - Piper Heidsieck
This beautiful vintage French champagne bucket is a functional item, as well as a piece of history and craftsmanship. This faceted champagne bucket was originally made for Champagne Piper Heidsieck by artist André Leroy in the art déco style, circa 1930’s/1940's. The body features a black and white enamel plaque with the classic Piper logo on one side, and a detailed round plaque portraying the family logo on the other side. The family logo here is also inlaid in black and white. The piece is made of brass and chrome plated copper.
This one of a kind piece is vintage, so aging is to be expected, due to the passage of time and overall use. There are some subtle rayures with some tarnishing on the base. Overall, this piece is in excellent condition. A beautiful find!
