Wine & Dinner at The Third Space
8+ Seasonal Courses • 5 Exceptional Wines • Shared Around One Table
Join us for an experience unlike any other.
Chef Shai of The Third Space has created an extraordinary 8+ course seasonal menu, served family style and inspired entirely by what local farmers, fishermen, and artisans bring him that day. Perrine has thoughtfully selected five exceptional wines to accompany the dinner, each chosen to complement the season's ingredients and elevate every course.
The evening begins with a welcoming glass of Champagne, before we gather around one long table to celebrate a simple—but often forgotten—tradition: sharing seasonal food, remarkable wine, and meaningful conversation with good company.
The Wines we will be opening:
| NV Dhondt-Grellet "Les Terres Fines" Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru, Champagne, France |

About Chef Shai & The Third Space
Chef Shai's cuisine is a modern expression of Mediterranean comfort food, rooted in vibrant hospitality and an infectious joie de vivre. He believes every plate is a direct connection between the chef and the farmers, shepherds, and fishermen who make each meal possible. His cooking is both refined and deeply comforting—like a warm embrace from an old friend.
The Third Space was created to feel like home while fostering the sense of belonging that comes from gathering around a shared table. There is no printed menu. Instead, each dinner is shaped by the freshest ingredients harvested that day. Working hand in hand with local farmers and fishermen, and even helping raise livestock and plant crops himself, Chef Shai allows the seasons to guide every course.
