Together, we will enjoy 5 wines from Domaine Bruno Paillard in a Champagne Masterclass led by special guest Pierre-Jules (PJ) Peyrat, who has served as the Domaine's export manager for over 10 years. He is also recognized as a Paris sommelier and wine specialist who has publicly demonstrated and explained professional wine-tasting techniques.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A guided, seated tasting lasting approximately 90 minutes

ABOUT THE WINERY

Bruno Paillard founded his eponymous Champagne house in 1981, establishing a reputation for crafting elegant, terroir-driven Champagnes with a distinctively dry and linear profile. One of the few independent, family-owned maisons in Reims, Paillard focuses on low-dosage, high-precision wines built around purity, longevity, and expression of place.

The estate now owns over 30 hectares, including prime sites in the Montagne de Reims, and sources fruit from trusted growers across the region. All vineyards are farmed sustainably, with increasing adoption of organic and biodynamic principles. In the cellar, long aging on lees, use of reserve wines, and a commitment to transparency (disgorgement dates are listed on each bottle) are central to the house philosophy.

Bruno Paillard’s Première Cuvée is a clear statement of intent—an elegant, mineral-driven Champagne that bridges the gap between vibrancy and complexity, crafted for those who appreciate refinement without excess.
