Join us for a special Winery Tasting featuring the celebrated wines of Paolo Scavino, hosted by Mattia Benevello, Global Ambassador for the estate. Founded in 1921 in Castiglione Falletto, Paolo Scavino has become one of Barolo’s benchmark producers, known for combining Nebbiolo’s power and structure with remarkable elegance, precision, and expression of terroir.

For generations, the Scavino family has helped shape the evolution of modern Barolo. Today, the family continues to balance tradition with thoughtful innovation, farming vineyards throughout the Barolo appellation and crafting wines that beautifully capture the differences in soil, elevation, and exposure across the region.

Mattia Benevello will guide us through the lineup firsthand, sharing the history of Paolo Scavino while exploring the winemaking, terroir, and distinctive character behind each wine.

This seated tasting will start promptly at 6:00 pm at our Buckhead location and last about 90 minutes.
