Composed of Chardonnay (50%) from the grand cru vineyards of Cramant and Avize, Pinot Noir (45%) from Mailly and Aÿ, and a touch of Meunier (5%) from Dizy, the blend reflects the balance of a temperate, high-quality growing season.

The bouquet is elegant and nuanced, showing acacia blossom, honeysuckle, fresh white peach, and a touch of grapefruit, with underlying hints of marzipan and chalk. Aged for over six years on the lees, the wine shows textural richness without weight, offering creamy effervescence and a precise mineral finish.
