2019 Benedicte et Stephane Tissot Arbois,"DD", Jura, France

Tissot is a certified biodynamic grower in the Jura region of eastern France. They are a top producer of French sparkling wine outside of the Champagne region and they also make delicious still wines, including this blend of 1/3 each Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trousseau. Boasting beautifully pure fruit and floral notes along with incredible energy and lift, the "DD" is bottled without the addition of any sulfur dioxide and as such is not for long-term aging. Drink young, as the wine is fresh, alive and delicious right now.
