ABOUT THIS WINE
Chardonnay grapes are sourced from a small parcel from the Hemel en Aarde Valley Ridge and transported in small lug boxes in refrigerated trucks to the winery located in Franschhoek, maintaining the freshness of the grapes. Careful selection takes place prior to whole-bunch pressing. Fermentation takes place in 60% new French oak and 40% Nomblot concrete eggs. The wine is supple and precise with poised acidity and freshness, and offers flavors of quince, lime, honeydew melon and crème fraiche.
