ABOUT THIS WINE:
The grapes are sourced from biodynamic vineyards in the heart of Chianti Classico. After meticulous hand-harvesting, the fruit undergoes fermentation with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, allowing for integration of flavors while maintaining the purity of the fruit.
