ABOUT THIS WINE
"Psea" is composed of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, sourced from vineyards situated at an altitude of 700 meters in the municipality of Bossolasco, within the Alta Langa region. The soils here are medium-textured, comprising silt, clay, sand, and whitish calcareous marls, contributing to the wine's distinctive minerality. The grapes are harvested in the first week of September, ensuring optimal ripeness. Following the Metodo Classico, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, with no dosage added after disgorgement, resulting in its Pas Dosé style. This meticulous process yields a sparkling wine that is both expressive and true to its terroir.
