ABOUT THE WINE
“de Nit” is a singular sparkling rosé composed of Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, with a touch of Monastrell for color and aromatic lift. All grapes are estate-grown on biodynamically farmed vineyards around Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, on limestone-rich soils that impart energy and minerality. The wine is made using the traditional method, with second fermentation in bottle and over 18 months of lees aging for added texture and complexity. Dosage is kept low to preserve the precision and brightness of the wine.
The result is a refined, gastronomic rosé that pairs beautifully with dishes like jamón ibérico, salmon crudo, saffron rice, or grilled Mediterranean vegetables.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Raventós i Blanc is a benchmark estate in sparkling wine, not just in Spain but globally. The Raventós family has been cultivating vines on the same estate since 1497, and today the winery is led by Pepe Raventós, a visionary committed to elevating the region beyond Cava through the creation of the Conca del Riu Anoia designation—focused on estate fruit, native varieties, sustainable farming, and true expression of terroir. The estate is fully biodynamic, with deep ecological practices and minimal intervention in the cellar. Their sparkling wines are known for their elegance, identity, and sense of place, representing one of the most authentic expressions of méthode traditionnelle outside Champagne.
