ABOUT THIS WINE
Crafted from four distinct parcels within the Chambolle-Musigny appellation, this wine benefits from vines aged between 30 to 50 years, situated at elevations of 250 to 300 meters with east-facing exposures. The limestone-rich soils impart a notable elegance and finesse to the wine. Aged for approximately 15 months in 30% new French oak barrels, the wine exhibits a vibrant bouquet of red berries, complemented by hints of violet and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is light-bodied with a smooth texture, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish. While approachable now, it possesses the structure to age gracefully over the next 3-4 years. Ideal pairings include beef, roasted meats, or mushroom-based dishes.
